Venue — from £249 a month + from £795 setup
For wedding venues, event spaces and multi-site groups. Everything above, plus wedding and event qualification, brochure and package guidance, showround booking, multiple rooms or sites, and a quarterly insight report.
It answers the routine. You handle the rest. Complaints, changes to live bookings and anything it isn't sure about come straight to you — with a summary.

Our promise
If after 30 days you don't think it's earning its place, tell us and you won't pay for that month. Your data is exported to you and deleted from our systems.

Your data, your guests
Under UK GDPR your venue is the data controller — the guests are your guests. TableAssist is your data processor, under a written agreement included with every plan.
• We only collect what's needed to answer the guest and pass the enquiry to you: the conversation, and contact details only if the guest chooses to give them
• We never sell or share guest data, and never use it to market to your guests or to other venues
• Guests are told they're talking to an automated assistant and can ask for a person at any time
• Your monthly report turns conversations into insight for your venue only — when guests enquire, what they ask most, what's missing from your website
• Ask for an export or deletion of your data whenever you like — and it's deleted automatically if you leave
